Grondia.

Cofounder

The operating system for campgrounds — a category that has run on clunky portals for a decade. Bookings, billing, payments and guest management in one place, built for campgrounds anywhere in the world. Three days from a prospect's first email to a live demo seeded with their ninety destinations, including country adaptations for Sweden, Norway and Denmark that didn't exist before. I work end-to-end: architecture and production code, plus the door-to-door sales it takes to win a slow-moving market. In production with paying customers — CHF 120k ARR in the first four months.

Operated inside a classified facility. Co-developed an internal web application (PHP, JavaScript, Python) and maintained the cybersecurity infrastructure underneath it. Reference available on request.

Freelance Penetration Tester

Various clients

Ran security audits and penetration tests for corporate networks, then wrote the technical reports — with remediation strategies management could actually act on.
